BBW stands for big beautiful woman, and one of such just happens to be driving a massive tank. Heavily armored and armed, a BBW is a mid-level boss in Neckbeards: Basement Arena.
In addition to her triple fire cannon, the tank is covered in a reflective surface. Although your fire does damage to her, it is also reflected right back at you, making the BBW a truly formidable foe - Trigglypuff got nothing on her. You are advised to keep moving when in her presence, and make sure she doesn't run you over either.
