Red haired, confused, and unable to mind their personal boundaries, cucks lay mines because they're told to do so. Being mid-tier antagonists, Minelayer Cucks can take a decent amount of punishment. They appear early in the game and often hide their mines deceptively under the basement smog.
Minelayer Cucks are, of course, not a threat to The Supreme Gentleman, as he doesn't trigger mines with his lightweight physique.
